Returns
- Garments can be returned 7 days after delivery if they have not been worn & labels & tags are still intact.
- If garment is faulty or defective the garment will be replaced or if it cannot be replaced either a credit note or refund will be issued.
- Please note shipping fees are nonrefundable.
- Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange, therefore no refunds will be processed for these products unless the product is damaged or faulty.
- If the garment is the incorrect size it can be exchanged.
- Regrettably no returns or refunds on change of mind.

Shipping policy:
- Free delivery for any purchase over R350,00. to all major towns & cities, additional fees may apply to any outlying areas.
- Purchases under R350.00 will be subject to a R29.00 delivery fee to all major towns & cities, additional fees may apply to any outlying areas.
- Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days anywhere in South Africa.
- Deliveries can be made to addresses outside of South Africa however delivery fees and local taxes & duties may apply.
- Orders to addresses outside of SA may take up to 10 working days.

- Gift cards may be redeemed either on our online store by entering the unique code in the promotion code box upon checkout or by making an appointment & visiting our design studio showroom located in Bryanston Johannesburg.
